Standard Return Policy
  • All returns must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).
  • To be eligible for return, items must be:
    • In their original packaging
    • Clean, unworn, and in saleable condition
    • New, unaltered, and free of odors or fragrances
  • If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be denied and sent back at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to determine whether returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Final Sale Items:
  • All Special Collaboration Items, socks, underwear, swim trunks, and all discounted items are final sale—no exceptions.
Return Fees & Deductions:
  • U.S. Domestic
    • A $20 return fee applies.
    • If your order had free shipping ($250+ orders), a $15 domestic shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, plus the $20 return fee.
  • International
    • You cover your own return shipping costs
    • We suggest using a trackable shipping service or insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt without it.
    • If your order had free shipping ($850+ orders), a $50 international shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
    • Return Instructions
    • U.S. Domestic
      • Submit a return request via Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).
      • Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
      • Pack the items securely with the original packing slip, marking what you’re returning.
      • Use the provided label to ship back and let us know when it’s sent.
      • Allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.
    • International
      • Submit a return request via Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).
      • Once approved, use a trackable shipping method and confirm the customs invoice and shipping label are correct before printing.
      • Pack the items securely with the original packing slip, marking what you’re returning.
      • Share the tracking information with us after shipping.
      • Allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.
    Refunds
    • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the $15 domestic shipping, $50 international shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
    Exchanges
    • We do not offer exchanges.
    • If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item following the instructions above, and place a new order for the desired item on basestore.co.
