Standard Return Policy
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).
- To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Clean, unworn, and in saleable condition
- New, unaltered, and free of odors or fragrances
- Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied and sent back at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to determine whether returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Final Sale Items
- All discounted items
- All special collaboration items, socks, underwear, swim trunks, self-care products, and bed & bath products are final sale — no exceptions.
Return Fees & Deductions
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
- $15 for U.S. orders
- $50 for international orders
Return Instructions
- Submit a return request via Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).
- Once approved, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Please use a trackable shipping method and ensure all shipping labels and customs documents (if applicable) are completed accurately.
- Pack the item(s) securely with the original packing slip, clearly indicating the item(s) being returned.
- After shipping, please share the tracking information with us.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Refunds
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges.
- If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order at basestore.co.
