Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Information
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing times may increase during holidays and peak seasons.
  • To protect our customers, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse.
  • Shipping rates are non-refundable, and we do not ship to PO boxes.
  • We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
U.S. Shipping & Costs
  • Free shipping for U.S. orders over $250.
  • For orders below $250, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply at checkout.
  • For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico below $850, a flat shipping fee of $50 will apply.

International Shipping & Costs
  • Free shipping on international orders over $850.
  • For orders below $850, a flat shipping fee of $50 will apply at checkout.
  • All international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility. These fees are determined by local customs authorities. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
  • Base Store is not responsible for and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs fees.

Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender
  • If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to us at your expense.
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and you are absent, your package will be returned to us at your expense.
  • For international orders, if you refuse receipt of your package, it will be returned to us at your expense. This includes shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged/Opened Box
  • If your package arrives damaged or opened, take a photo of the damage before checking the contents.
  • Submit a claim with the courier used for shipping and contact us here for further assistance.
Lost Packages
  • Base Store is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the cost of stolen or lost parcels.
